Full payment or all
postdated cheques must be handed in with your child’s registration form,
your child will not be allowed on the floor until all cheques are in.
We require a $75.00 cheque postdated for April 15/10 for fundraising, if
you fundraise $150.00 during the year your cheque will be destroyed (per
family). Required with registration.
We also require a $75.00 cheque postdated for April 15/10 for volunteer
hours. If your child is in the recreation program we would like for you
to volunteer for 2 hrs. during the year, if your child is in the
competition program we would like you to volunteer for 4 hrs. during the
year (per family). If your hours are done by April 15/10 your cheque
will be destroyed. Required with registration.
There will be a $25.00 NSF fee for any returned cheques.
Please inform your child’s coach, in writing or verbally, if at any time
during the year your child has a contagious condition.
Cancellation Policy: We require one month written notice, there will be
no refunds after Feb. 1/10. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be deducted
from your refund.

There will be no classes on stat holidays, gymnastics will still be on
if there is no school due to in service days, gymnastics will also be
cancelled whenever Hanover School Division cancels classes due to
weather. There will be no refunds or make up classes due to weather
cancellations. If classes are cancelled due to coach’s illness there
will then be a make up class. For school cancellations listen to Lite
96.7 or CHSM 1250.
NO Nut products allowed in the gym.
Due to insurance reasons we ask that ALL parents and siblings remain in
the entrance unless invited in by a coach!!
Flippers Gymnastics reserves the right to change class times or coaches
if needed! Parents will be notified, in writing, 2 weeks prior to any
changes.
Parents MUST pick their children up ON TIME!!!! For those that are late
more than 2 times we will charge a $5.00 fee every 15 minutes that you
are late. If there is an emergency please call the gym to let us know
that you will be late.
We will be moving to a new location sometime in either October or
November, therefore we will be cancelling classes for one week to move
and set up the new gym.
